90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Tai Chi Beginner Video Course ("Joint Relief Protocol") for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@zenmotionpeace.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Digital Products (Video Courses)
For our digital video courses, there are no physical goods to return. Upon refund approval within the 90-day guarantee period, your access to the digital course content will simply be revoked.
Physical Products (Accessories & Gear)
To complement our courses, we also offer select physical accessories (e.g., practice t-shirts and mats). We offer a 30-day return policy for all physical products. To be eligible for a return, the physical item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for physical items unless the item arrived damaged. Please contact our support team to initiate a physical product return.
After the 90-Day Period
Refund requests made after the 90-day guarantee period has expired will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests made after this period.
